I encountered the most dreadful performer the other day. He insisted he was calling from the O2 and wanted to bestow upon me a 50% reduction on my existing tariff. I didn’t hesitate to block his number!

i usually don’t pick up calls from numbers i don’t recognise anyway, so i just let this one ring out. looks like a dodgy call, probably some kind of scam, so they’re getting blocked from now on - no matter who they are.

I kept getting calls from the same number each day, one time it was someone from the phone company, the next it was about housing repairs, then a survey from 02. I ended up blocking it after loads more calls from similar numbers popped up, all sounding like rubbish scams. Now they're all blocked.

This number keeps ringing me non stop so now I just ignore it. Feels like one of those scam calls trying to get you to do some survey. Ive even blocked it but it somehow manages to come through again. Honestly, best just to not pick up.

I’ve received a call inquiring whether there are any issues with my property that they’d be willing to repair at no cost. I’m a bit sceptical about it and wondering if it might be some sort of scam.

I began receiving calls from this number after a persistent 020 (020 3129 2378‬) that had been ringing me off the hook was shut down by the National Fraud Intelligence Bureau due to its fraudulent activities. I'm not sure if these callers are connected to the same scam operation, but the frequency of their calls matches the relentless pace of the previous number!

This bloke calling about ‘housing disrepair’, calling himself James, had such a thick Indian accent I struggled to even catch my own name properly. I told him off, told him exactly where to shove it, and then slammed the phone down. Blocked straight away.

He told me it was just a survey, so I nicely declined and ended the call.

Got a call from a number starting with 02 but I don’t even have 02 as my provider, so not sure why they bothered ringing me. Might just be one of those annoying nuisance calls.
