I just received a call from someone pretending to be from EE, insisting there was an issue with a supposed phone contract in my name. The thing is, I've never had any arrangement with EE at all! It definitely feels like a scam to me, pure and simple.

Got a call from 0121 823 1112 claiming to be Carphone Warehouse with some "amazing deal". When I mentioned I already have a contract, they started getting pushy, demanding to know who my provider was and how much I pay. They just wouldn’t back off no matter how many times I said no. Proper annoying!

I got a call from someone saying they could sort me a better deal on my phone contract. I told them to buzz off, but they kept on and said they'd ring me again the next day. Honestly, just block these calls - they’ve got to be scams!
