Reports on phone number 01218230975
7 monthsJust got a call earlier and picked up right before the usual pause - there’s always this awkward 4-second silence before someone says hello, which instantly rings scam alarms for me. The bloke on the other end had such a thick accent, I couldn’t make out a word, but it kinda sounded like “B and J Limited” or something like that. Didn’t bother sticking around - quickly ended the call.7 monthsThis number came up as spam for me too. I looked it up here and decided to block it straight away.7 monthsThis number showed up on my phone as a missed call. Seems pretty obvious it’s a scam since loads of others are trying to find out who they are too.7 monthsI didn’t pick up and they didn’t leave any voicemail either. Feels a bit dodgy and maybe even unsafe, if you ask me. I’ve gone ahead and reported the number to 7726 just in case.7 monthsMy phone showed “Spam” when someone called so I didn’t pick up. I decided to call the number back and got a recorded voice just saying hello, nothing else. Tried ringing again, same recorded “Yo,” then another time it was “Hi,” followed by silence. Really puzzled about who this could be or what their intention is. I wonder if these “Hi” messages are pre-recorded to make people trust the call is legit, so they’ll answer if the caller rings again thinking the line dropped. Honestly no clue who’s behind the calls.7 monthsGot a call out of the blue on a Saturday, didn't pick up and they left no voicemail. Really irritating.7 monthsThey didn’t leave any voicemail, so I have no idea who it was.7 monthsGot a call I missed, looked up the number here and saw it's a scam. Read through the comments and decided to block it straight away. Honestly, I don't know what we'd do without this brilliant site. Huge thanks to Who Called Me for keeping us informed!Read7 monthsSomeone called saying they were from a solar panel company. I just blocked the number straight away.7 monthsI’ve had loads of calls from different numbers and after chatting with friends and family, turns out they’ve been getting the same ones. When they did answer, it was some bloke with a foreign accent trying to push boilers and solar panels. Honestly, best thing is to just not pick up. Be careful and block those numbers, it’s a complete scam!7 monthsTotally dodgy call, didn’t pick up and just hung about for that usual pause before some foreign voice kicked in. Could hear loads of noise in the back, like a real racket. Had a couple of these from nearly the same numbers. Best thing is to just block them straight away.8 monthsI didn’t pick up the phone when it rang, but I’m happy I looked up the number here first. Definitely a SCAM.8 monthsThought it might be a scam call, so I chose not to pick up. Looks like my gut feeling was right after all.8 monthsI answered the phone and this bloke with an Indian accent kept saying he couldn't hear me over and over. There was loads of noise in the background, so I figured it must be from some sort of call centre and just ended the call.8 monthsGot a call from someone pushing boiler and solar panel deals. As soon as I said he sounded like a spammer, he actually asked how I could tell. I just said it was the way he spoke and then ended the call.8 monthsThe number changes the last four digits every time it calls. I picked up once and tried telling the woman, who had a really strong foreign accent, that I couldn't make out what she was saying, but she just ended the call. Since then, loads of calls keep coming from numbers that look almost the same. Now, I just block and ignore all of them.8 monthsEverytime I block one number, they ring me from a different one.
