He just hung up as soon as I told him to say who was calling for. Asked to speak to my husband, but no luck. Blocked now.

Got a call from a guy who sounded Indian, claiming to be from some debt finance company or something. Since I don’t owe anything, I just told him goodbye and ended the call. Then I blocked the number. Same thing happened yesterday, but from another number, and that one’s blocked too now.

I've been getting calls from this number all day every day, plus loads of others just like it. I ended up blocking them using Truecaller, worked pretty well.

Some bloke from overseas rang me up saying he wanted to sort out my debts. I was like, “Where’d you get my number from?” and he said it was from some debt website. Since I don’t owe a penny, I asked him for his company’s registration number because this just sounded dodgy. He went on for a bit, repeating himself like he thought I’d fall for it, then just ended the call.
