They reached out in relation to a supposed minor bump I had in my vehicle, mentioning that a third party had got in touch with them. Strangely enough, the only details they had were my first name and mobile number. The chap insisted he was stationed in a call centre located in Liverpool, but curiously, the number I was given - 01218230135 - appears to be registered in Birmingham based on an online search. Here’s the kicker: I’ve never been involved in any sort of accident, so I questioned the integrity of his claims.
