She addressed me by name and mentioned I was due to get a medical alert pendant, saying anyone past 60 would be sent one. I asked her to guess how old she thought I was, but she seemed clueless. When I repeated the question, she dodged it completely. I called her out, telling her she was trying to scam me and was basically a crook. Finally managed to call again and got an automated voice saying it was a home improvement firm.
