Can I ask what amount you're currently contributing towards your debts?" - "Could you specify which bank you’re referring to?" - (irritated): "Listen, it's not about the bank! It’s the debt resolution team, and what I need to know right now is how much you're actually paying off your debts!" - "Would you mind emailing me the details? Which bank is involved?" - (in a huff) "Fine, fine, we're finished here." Then hangs up. What on earth just happened?
