I'm almost 80 and disabled, so it takes me a bit to get to the phone. When I finally got there, it had already gone to voicemail and no one said a thing. They were supposed to ring back to confirm some info and they know my situation, so you'd expect them to hang about a bit longer.

Got a call from 01218207128. After a bit of silence, the person said his name was Matt with an Asian accent. He mentioned he was from a company, National Guardian or something like that, claiming to help block calls. I just hung up after that.

This chap claiming to be Jai mentioned he was affiliated with "Houses and Homes". I've got a gut feeling that this caller isn’t on the up and up, and it certainly doesn’t seem right or secure to engage with him.

I got a call from this bloke named Jai who runs a business called Houses and Homes. He started by confirming my details, even rattling off my full name and address, which freaked me out a bit. When I asked where he grabbed that info from, he said it was from some survey. Then he asked about my age range, and I told him straight up that sounded like a scam or something dodgy. Not long after, he just cut the call. Seemed legit at first, but definitely watch out for this guy!
