5 yearsThis number is linked to a highly convincing crypto scam run by a group called MYBITCHAIN. Seriously, don’t get involved with these lot, you’ll just end up losing your cash. They’ll get you to set up an account with them, pretending to be your financial adviser or broker and acting like they know exactly what they’re doing. They’ll then claim to help you open an account on a proper crypto exchange, like COINBASE or something similar. After that, they encourage you to send your money (could be GBP, USD, Euros) to that exchange to buy Bitcoin. Up to this point, the Bitcoin is still in your actual account. But once the Bitcoin’s bought, they’ll ask you to move it over to them, promising it’ll stay in your name. This is the trick - as soon as you transfer the Bitcoin, you’re scammed and your COINBASE account will show nothing. Meanwhile, they’ll show you fake profits on your MYBITCHAIN account to keep you hopeful. As soon as you want to withdraw anything, they’ll hit you up for paying a ‘fee’ that supposedly covers an ‘Overprofiting case.’ Spoiler: there’s no such thing at all. If MYBITCHAIN have called you, please share any info here but avoid giving out your name or contact details.
