Just got another rubbish call from kb, really annoying!

They kept asking stuff like if I own my home, who provides my internet, which company supplies my energy and if I'd be interested in a phone upgrade. Honestly, no matter what you say, within a few days you'll get a call from your internet or energy company - I’d just advise ignoring the call and hanging up straight away.

Picked up the phone but hung up straight away, ended up blocking the number.

Got a call from a woman with an Asian accent earlier, couldn't really understand what she was saying. The number ended with 98. I've blocked that one and another number too, gonna keep blocking any more from them as they come through.

Really weird experience. I got a ring from this number, and the person on the line said they had a few questions. I wasn’t too sure about it. The woman started by saying my name and postcode - both right - but I didn’t answer any more. When I asked what the call was about, she said it was just 5 quick questions about my household. I asked who she was with, but all she kept saying was, “Mam, it’ll only take a moment, just 5 questions.” Then she started asking what age group I’m in. I just told her no cheers and ended the call.

I was curious and asked where they got my info from, and they replied something about a database. Then I told them I’d requested to be ex-directory when I moved in. After that, they just cut the call.

Like a few others here, they had my full name and then wanted me to verify my postcode. I asked what it was about first, but they just cut me off straight away. Don’t give them any of your details, it’s best to keep quiet.
