Got a call for a national survey, asked if i was a specific person, lived at a certain place and if my postcode matched. I said no to everything and the bloke on the other end, probably from some dodgy call centre in India with all the noise in the background, just went off on me asking why i even picked up then. Proper rude and unprofessional.

I got a call where they wanted me to verify my name and address but I didn’t confirm anything, just asked why they were ringing. The bloke kept saying he only needed 30 seconds, and I said he’d already wasted more than that. I asked what he was selling, then he suddenly got pushy and said I was listening to him. I told them I wasn’t interested and ended the call.

They've rung me three times over the last couple of days asking if I'm Mrs Spencer. When I say no, they just cut the call. Pretty sure it’s a scam, but it’s quite irritating especially since they call early morning and late evening. I don’t get how they even found my landline number, it’s not in any directory! A guy called saying he had three questions. He asked if my address info was right, and thought I said yes, but I didn’t. Then he wanted to know what age group I was in, but when I asked to move to the next question before answering, he said I couldn’t do that. I refused to give him the info and then he got mad, asked why I was wasting his time, and told me to **** off.
