I have a strong suspicion that I was targeted by a scam. The individual on the other end claimed to represent a credit investigation office of sorts. Strangely enough, they had a pronounced Asian accent. What’s more, I have absolutely no outstanding debts.

I reckon the call I got from a number finishing in 0259 must be connected to this one. I never pick up calls from unknown numbers since I’ve got voicemail set up, and no message was left, so I’m pretty sure it was just another scam.

Just like what loads of others have mentioned, this so-called Stuart Wright on 21a Plymouth Road, Barnt Green, Birmingham, is definitely a con artist. Every single phone number linked to this scam is under his name and address. Honestly, it’s no surprise he’s living in that posh big house, considering how continuously he’s ripping people off!

There was this Asian bloke calling, and when the credit checks got involved, they didn’t buy what he was saying at all - they just ended the call right away.
