Some guy rang me earlier - I was trying to be polite since I get how tough cold calling can be. I picked up and this guy started off claiming it wasn’t some spam call, he even knew my name which freaked me out. Then he kept telling me to stay on the call and kept using my name over and over. He said he felt lonely and just wanted to chat, asking me not to hang up. The bloke had an accent and it honestly felt quite sketchy. It’s scary how this person has my info and phone number. This kind of stuff seriously needs to be put to an end!
