6 yearsI've been on the receiving end of two calls within the space of an hour, and upon answering, they simply hang up. It’s incredibly irritating! If it’s a number from Birmingham, that’s quite strange as I have no connections there and certainly don't conduct any business in that area. It must be some sort of scam in the hopes I’ll ring them back. My little Samsung is just a basic model, primarily used for emergencies and the occasional text; I don’t share my number unless someone requests it explicitly. The lengths to which these individuals go are utterly baffling! My main concern is whether I might rack up charges just for answering and listening. It seems my phone provider isn’t much help either regarding these nuisances; they hide behind privacy regulations.
