Some bloke called me saying his name was Steven and he was ringing from giffgaff. He claimed there were loads of complaints about my SIM and said I had to upgrade it because of some system update. I foolishly gave him my email, and then he started going on about new contracts and stuff. That’s when I decided to search up giffgaff phone scams, and I quickly ended the call. Now I'm proper concerned that scammers are targeting giffgaff users like me.
