I got a call from someone claiming to be about my solar panel application and they already knew my name! Quite strange and a bit suspicious if you ask me.

I answered the phone and after a pause, when I said hello again, a recorded voice came on saying something like: 'Hello, this is Primo/Preemo Telesales India about our products and services.' Since I’m in the UK, this seemed pretty dodgy to me. I’m guessing it’s some sort of scam or maybe a tracking attempt. My number’s private, ex-directory and on the TPS register, so I’m baffled how they got it.

We've been getting calls from 0121 805 1667, 0121 805 1666, and 0121 805 1665 repeatedly. They ring a couple of times and then just hang up. It's been happening non-stop and is seriously annoying!!
