Loads of calls coming from different numbers all starting with 0121803, but I have no clue who's behind them. Every time I pick up, they just cut the call straight away. I've blocked so many but they manage to ring from other nearly identical numbers. It's so frustrating!

Some bloke rang me claiming he was from a loan company, took my info and told me to wait on the line for around 20 seconds to get a response. Then, out of nowhere, the call just dropped. He was pretty forceful too, didn’t really give me the chance to ask anything.

Got a call from some woman claiming to be from an accident management firm, she knew my name which caught me off guard at first. But pretty quickly I clocked that it was dodgy. There was a lot of shouting and laughing from men in the background, made it hard to properly listen to what she was saying. Definitely felt fishy to me.

This dodgy accident claim outfit has rung me up three times now. Best thing is to just block them or pretend to be interested and mess about with them for ages. Whatever you do, don’t hand over any details about yourself, your car, where you live, or anything like that. I got bored and told them my car plate was WANK 123, and they just gave up and ended the call.

Glad to see I’m not alone in this! These lot try to trick you into claiming money that isn't yours - when you call them out, they just end the call. I've told them multiple times to take me off their list, but no luck. I'm now collecting stuff to make a complaint to the ICO.

I keep getting calls from AST about some car accident that supposedly happened to me. There’s no accident or injury at all, but they won’t leave me alone, trying to push me into making a claim. Every time I ask them to stop, they ring back from a different phone number! Honestly, they're just after commission by twisting the truth. Would definitely recommend avoiding them!

Got a call from AST about a car crash I was involved in, but it’s totally separate from my insurance or my lawyer handling the claim. I told them since they already have my phone number, they must have my address too, so they should just send me a letter if there’s anything important. After that, the bloke just hung up on me.
