I believe the caller mentioned they were representing O2. As an existing O2 customer, I found it quite baffling. The accent they had was quite thick, making it difficult to grasp what they were on about. They attempted to entice me with some sort of discount, but then they requested my username and password, which, of course, I declined to provide. I suggested they drop me an email, considering O2 already has my contact details, yet they chose to text me a suspicious link instead. I'm almost completely convinced this is a fraudulent attempt!

This number rang me up trying to sell a 40% off deal on my phone bill. I hung up straight away. Then, just a couple of minutes later, I got another call from 01217964574. I’ve ended up blocking both now.

That fellow who rang me was rather tenacious, I must say. He kept going on about a staggering 40% off my O2 bill and was keen to check if I was experiencing any hiccups with my internet service. Quite amusing, really, as I don’t even use O2!

Got a call from someone with a really thick accent I could barely understand, saying they had a special deal to lower my O2 bill. Seemed dodgy right from the start. Definitely a scam.

I got a call from someone saying they were with O2, trying to offer me a 40% discount and asking if I was having any internet issues. They actually called me two times. Not sure if it was really O2 though because when I mentioned I thought it was a scam, they just ended the call. Feels a bit dodgy to me, so I guess it could have been a scam after all.
