Somebody named "Adam" attempted to lure me in with a £40 gift voucher, claiming it was a reward for my consistent shopping and bill payments. Turns out it was just a ruse; he was actually fishing for my bank details. Total scam!

It was pretty clear it was a scam trying to get me to pay my credit card bill by offering some sort of voucher. I just ended the call immediately.

Had this call where it kicked off with a weird sound before anyone spoke, and sure enough, it ended up being a scam. Always a giveaway when it starts like that.

Caller: Hello, this is Adam from your Visa and Credit Card provider. Me: I don’t even have a Visa or credit card! Caller: That’s not what I mentioned at all! Me: I heard perfectly what you said and what you’re trying to pull! Caller: Excuse me? Me: Bye bye, scammer!

I got a call from someone claiming I’d won a £40 voucher for doing my shopping and bills, sounded dodgy. When I asked for more details, the person just didn’t seem to get what I was on about - probably new to the whole scam game.

Got a call again from those Indian SUM scammers, saying I’d be getting £40 monthly straight to my bank for groceries I buy at the supermarket. Total rubbish, they just keep coming up with these fake energy payout stories!

Got a dodgy call claiming I could get a £40 voucher for paying bills and shopping. It was baffling since I don’t do either at home. I asked how I supposedly qualified, but the caller just dodged the question. Then he wanted to know who actually does the shopping and pays the bills - I said obviously the person who pays the bills! After that, he got nosy and asked who I was, so I just ended the call.

Looks like a visa scam to me.

Got a call from someone claiming I’m eligible for a voucher since I supposedly shop at particular supermarkets (which I don’t) and pay my bills promptly (definitely not true). I told them to just send the voucher to a charity I named and said I’d let the charity know to expect it. The bloke said he couldn’t do that, so I told him I knew there was no voucher and he was trying to con me, then I ended the call.

When I answered, there was a bunch of noise like a call centre in the background. I said something but no one replied, then the call just got cut off from their side. Looks like it might be another scam, judging by what others are saying here.
