The drivers should be classed as workers, but they’re being denied things like paid holidays and even the National Minimum Wage. They end up earning as little as £3 an hour. On top of that, if a driver can’t make it to work for a valid reason, the company slaps fines on them. It’s a total nonsense and unfair treatment all round.

Got a call from UK EXPRESS DELIVERY LTD claiming they needed drivers. Turned out to be one of those driver agency scams, where you get offered a laughable £3 an hour. Total rip-off!
