Got a missed call from this number so I phoned back but made sure my number was private. Someone picked up sounding American and said “Hi, it’s Ken, what can I do for you?” The line was awful, like those call centres not based in the UK even though it showed as a BT number. Didn’t sound right so I ended the call and blocked the number. If it was a real firm they’d say their company name straight away, not just a random “Ken”.
