Got a call from someone saying they had proof my loft wasn’t insulated properly. Thing is, my loft’s actually an upstairs bedroom in a new build. They also said there was a Government grant available. Weirdly, the same number, 01217905017, rang me again about three hours later. Definitely feels like a dodgy insulation scam.
