I got a call from someone saying they were from Three about my SIM card needing an upgrade. They mentioned my current one would stop working soon and promised to send out a free replacement. When I asked where she was calling from, she just kept saying she was from some 'Free' help desk, which made no sense. Total rubbish and really frustrating!
