I received a call claiming I had a boiler cover policy with them, but I reside in a flat owned by a housing association. Once I mentioned this to the caller, they abruptly ended the conversation.

We've been pestered for the past several weeks regarding a washing machine cover that we never received. The chap even insisted we’d have to fork out for a cancellation fee! It’s been quite the nuisance, with two different blokes and a woman being incredibly insistent. This evening alone, they rang at 8 and then again at 8:15! It's all rather distressing for us, especially considering we're in our eighties.
