ALARMING. I received a call on my home phone. The person on the other end had not only my full name but also my entire address! He claimed that I had overpaid for my white goods insurance and was owed a refund. I couldn't help myself and asked him if he thought his parents would be delighted with his profession as a con artist. At that, he swiftly ended the call. (Seems like it was an Asian chap)
