Keeps ringing non-stop. A robotic voice chimes in, informing me they’re currently tied up but will call me back when they’re available. It's relentless-every few minutes, the same message comes through. I really hope there’s no cost associated with this; otherwise, I’ll be completely skint by day’s end! Cheers, Ian Dixon

Got a call from someone trying to ask some "general questions" about my home. Got a call saying my washing machine warranty had expired and needed renewing, said they were from domestic & general. My warranty renews on its own and they always send me a letter. These scammers have been quiet for 3 months during lockdown but now calling me daily again from 01217900607. Proper nasty con artists!

Got a call from a bloke saying he’s from Domestic and General, claiming my washing machine insurance had run out and he wanted to renew it. He kept asking for my bank details, but I told him they already should have them on file. He kept saying since the policy expired, they no longer have my info. Usually, DG just send a letter about renewals and take the payment automatically. I refused to give my bank details over the phone, and then he just hung up. The guy spoke with an Indian accent.

Got a call from some lot claiming they were supposed to take over my white goods insurance. They went on about how nothing's working because of the pandemic, which is total rubbish! Honestly, after the year we've had, it's just sickening stuff like this going about.
