Got a message on WhatsApp from someone saying they're DPD. The profile even had one of those blue verified ticks, but I wasn't waiting on any parcels from them. Pretty obvious it’s a phishing attempt. I’ve blocked and reported it straight away.

Got a WhatsApp message from someone claiming to be "DPD" with the blue verified tick. It said, "Your parcel is going to be picked up TOMORROW between 10am and 2pm. Check your choices here" with a link attached. Since I’m actually waiting for a collection, I almost thought it was genuine. Then I wondered why I hadn’t got any email from the company about this, so I googled the number and ended up on this site. Turns out, it’s a con.
