I told the person I don’t even own that machine anymore, so there’s no point in paying for the insurance. But she insisted I still owed £189 for the rest of the contract. She mentioned I supposedly paid something back in 2020, but I have no proof of that. So, I’ve now blocked the number. She also gave me another phone number to ring back, but when I tried, it was just an answerphone saying to call during office hours - 9 to 4.30, Monday to Friday. This was a Tuesday at 10.30am, so the office should have been open. Feels like the same old scam to me.4 yearsSomeone called saying they've already withdrawn money from my account.
