Got a call from a woman saying she was Lena, claiming to be from Sky and offering to reduce my broadband bill. She started asking about my usage and then what TV shows I watch. I thought, well, if she’s really from Sky, they’d already have that info since I’ve been a customer for 4 years. When I questioned her about this, she suddenly backed off and said she never claimed to be from Sky and had no idea what I watch. I told her to stop calling me, accused her of fraud, and then she got really nasty, even threatening me by saying she knew where I live! I’m definitely reporting this to the police online.
