A chap rang me up, claiming my internet connection was running a bit slowly and he was keen to help me sort it out. I’m with Sky and they always make it clear who they are when they reach out to me, whether it's through email or a phone call. The cacophony in the background suggested it was a call centre, and I eventually hung up, as I know Sky only gives me a shout on my mobile should they wish to discuss anything. I just didn't buy into what he was saying.
