Then they mentioned my “bank card” which is rubbish because real banks always say their own name. They claimed there was a £600 purchase made overseas but didn’t bother saying the shop or anything, just some vague foreign place. They then told me to press 1 if I wanted to check the charge, but I didn’t press a thing.
