Suspected scam alert! I've been unable to reach this number at all. I placed an order for covid tests costing £60, but I'm not holding out much hope of them arriving.

I just got a bizarre message saying my BT line and internet were going to be cut off. Very confused as I haven’t missed any payments. Sounds dodgy to me! Anyone else had this? Feels like a scam trying to freak you out so you rush into giving away details. I’d be super careful before clicking anything or calling them back.
