I just had a call from 0121 772 1188 this morning at 10:20 on the dot, dated 22nd May 2017, and I can confidently say it’s nothing but a nuisance! A robotic voice was quizzing me about whether I'd had any recent mishaps or accidents. Utter rubbish! I've went ahead and blocked their number along with any messages from them. Seriously, steer clear of it! I’m thinking of reporting these persistent irritants to the relevant authorities as this bombardment is getting out of hand. Does anyone have a clue about the process or where I can lodge a complaint? Much appreciated!

Got a cold call about some accident claim, so annoying!

Got a call from 0121 772 1188 just now, on 22/05/2017 around 10:20 in the morning. It was some recorded message asking if I’d had an accident lately. Proper hassle, so I’ve blocked the number and stopped messages from it. Wouldn’t recommend picking up. I want to report this annoying behaviour since these calls come from loads of different numbers. Anyone knows where I should report it? Cheers!

They tell you they’ve got info saying you were in a car crash or something like that. Honestly, don’t say yes to anything they ask - the safest bet is just to end the call straight away.

She introduced herself as "xxx" (the rest was hard to catch) from company X, inquiring if I had been in an accident that wasn’t my fault recently. I simply replied with a firm 'no', to which she apologised for bothering me and assured me that my details would be taken off their list. The whole situation felt rather fishy, honestly, and I couldn't shake the feeling that it was more of a pre-recorded message than a genuine chat. I'm absolutely convinced this was a scam, and I'm rather at a loss about how to proceed.
