I keep getting calls and texts about claiming tax refunds on some PPI thing. The people on the other end all sound like they’re from India, but they insist their names are Mike, Karen, Julia or other typical European names. They just won’t stop contacting me. Every couple of days, there’s another message. When I tell them to take me off their list, they get quite rude. I’ve phoned to complain, but I doubt they’re actually going to do anything about it. They seem really dodgy to me, like they might be scammers.
