I've had them ring me up quite a few times on my mobile.

I called back because when they rang, no one said anything. All I heard was some kind of garbled message and a voice telling me to press 9 if I wanted to stop the calls. I didn’t feel like pressing 9, so I just went ahead and blocked the number.
