The moment she notices I’m not falling for it, she ends the call sharpish. Why don’t the authorities step in about these calls? My landline’s too basic to block numbers, so I’m stuck. I honestly doubt she’s calling for anything good!

Someone keeps ringing me up saying they want to repair my house. They somehow know my full name and where I live - how on earth do they have that info? I've told them to quit calling, but they just won't stop. The person on the line even started swearing at me! Absolutely ridiculous.

It’s quite unsettling that they have my full details like my name, address and postcode. When I warned her I was about to report it to the police, she just ended the call. Seriously, something needs to be done to stop these calls, especially since they target vulnerable people.
