I'd advise being wary of these folks. They pretended to represent O2, but it was nothing more than a con. When I challenged them, they became rather irate and abruptly ended the call. I've now blocked their number!

I got a call from this number not long after getting two other calls from an 020 prefix. It supposedly was from o2, and the person on the line had an Asian accent. I didn’t pick up and later looked it up on this site.

I picked up but stayed silent, then some robot voice just said goodbye and hung up - promptly blocked.
