Someone rang me yesterday but since I've got BT call blocker and the number wasn’t saved in my contacts, my phone never actually rang. They clearly weren’t ready to identify themselves so it was impossible to decide whether to answer. They didn’t leave a voicemail either, so considering all the other comments I’ve seen about this number, I’m gonna go ahead and block it now.

Got a ring from this number saying they were from UK Today and wanted to ask some questions, but I ended up hanging up straight away.

My wife answered the phone for me but when she asked who it was, the caller just asked if she was having a nice day instead of saying who they were. She soon hung up after that.

So, some bloke with an Indian accent called and totally messed up saying my surname. The moment I told him it was a business number he was ringing, he just hung up straight away. Bit odd, really.

Just ignore it, don't pick up. Better to block and report the number using your phone so other users get warned and can block it too. It's all spam anyway.

They rang me again, but I was onto their scam straight away. I just said "Nonnatus House Midwife here" - doubt they’ve ever watched Call the Midwife! Not sure they’ll bother trying to call me back after that.

Not sure who it was, but my husband picked up and the person just said "fH" before cutting the call. Pretty strange.
