I attempted to return the call but nothing happened, the phone never even rang.

i reckon this is just a scam to get your details under the guise of boiler scrappage. if they cant follow the tps guidelines properly, there's no way they’ll do a proper job installing your boiler. best steer clear and not put your trust in them.
