Absolutely NOT the Environment Agency. It’s actually Listers Toyota in Birmingham. Might be the regional office since it’s not our usual dealership. It’s that time for annual service and MOT, but we usually get it done cheaper somewhere else. The lady said her name was Charlotte and even left a number on our voicemail to ring back, so definitely not a fake call.

Honestly, I dont trust the ratings here at all. Calling it "neutral" is just wrong in this situation. Looks like theyre letting people post the exact same comments more than once, which obviously messes up the whole rating system and makes it useless.

I've told TPS about it (my number's been on the TPS list for what, 6 years now). Never once did I agree to get these calls. They must have got my number ages ago, before GDPR came in.
