Got a call today from BT saying they had a discount for me. When I said I didn’t want to give out my info, the person got really rude and just ended the call. This was the second time today; earlier I had a different call about my computer. Seriously, someone’s paying for these numbers, so why hasn’t anything been done about the line or the people behind it? It’s getting annoying.

Got a call from someone claiming to be British Telecom, saying I could slash my line rental by 35%, practically giving it away. When I questioned how that could be true, they got proper rude and snapped, “Can you just listen to me?!” Felt like they couldn’t care less if it made sense or not.
