Got a call claiming to be from BT, saying they spotted issues with my broadband speed and asked if I could switch on my computer. I told them I couldn't since I’m a carer and couldn’t give them a specific time. Then they just hung up, which was strange. I’m actually with EE, so it didn’t really make sense. Looking back, I should’ve been more suspicious since they never used my name.
