This afternoon I got a call and right away I could hear a child shouting in the background before the person even said anything. They said they were calling from Virgin Media claiming there had been lots of broadband issues reported around my neighbourhood, and that weird activity had been detected on my connection. They asked if I’d given my wifi password to anyone, and how many gadgets were connected to my network. I just hung up straight away.
