It seemed fairly evident that this lady was trying to pull a fast one; she didn't exude any air of professionalism whatsoever. She was going on about being from a repairs department aimed at council and housing association residents. Given that I don’t fall into either of those categories, I thought it wise to cut the conversation short.

Some woman called saying she was representing Repairs for tenants in Council or Housing Association flats. I acted like I was completely lost and daft on the phone. She didn’t bother talking after that and just ended the call!
