On the 27th of July 2016, around half past twelve in the afternoon, I received a phone call. When I informed the caller that I wasn't keen on their offer and preferred to sort things out with my bank directly, he became aggressive, raising his voice and insisting that I couldn't handle it on my own. Quite shocking, really!

I received a rather unsolicited call regarding compensation for a road accident that I can assure you I’ve never experienced. When I informed the chap on the line that there was no accident to speak of, he abruptly hung up - quite rude, if you ask me! Naturally, I decided to ring them back to voice my concerns about the way I was treated, particularly since he didn’t even give me a chance to ask for my number to be removed from their list. Quite frustrating, really.
