Got a call on 27th July 2016 about 12:54pm. I said I wasn’t interested and that I’d handle things with the bank on my own. Then he got rude and started shouting, saying I wasn’t allowed to do that or something.

They rang me up saying I was owed cash from a road crash that never even happened. I told them flat out that I’d never been involved in any accident. Then, without a word, the person just hung up on me. That struck me as pretty rude. Afterwards, I rang again and spoke to someone else there who explained why the first person behaved like that, but I wasn’t even given a chance to ask them to take my number off their list.
