Just got called out of the blue by some adjustable bed firm. They set up a time to come round, promising a free luxury pillow if you answer a few questions. Turns out it’s just a ploy to get you to sit through a sales pitch and push you into buying a bed. When I tried ringing back on the number they called from, no one answered. Then, to top it off, the guy turns up uninvited and you have to be quite blunt to get him to stop pestering you with this unwanted presentation, all for some "luxury pillow" that’s more hassle than it’s worth.
