Alleged to represent a telecommunications firm yet provided a fabricated name that seemed to be entirely concocted from my partner's details. It was an utter farce filled with deceit, as he denied having made statements just moments after uttering them. When I pressed for a reference number regarding our call, he flatly refused, along with any official company name. Instead, he handed me the title of a supposed firm that had 'shared' my information, which upon searching, turned out to be non-existent. He then claimed he never mentioned that name. In an attempt to fob me off, he insisted he was legally barred from connecting me to a supervisor and even tried to provide me with a bogus data registration number. What a palaver!
