I had this bloke with a foreign accent prattling on about some tenancy deposit issue. I repeatedly asked him for his name and the name of his company. As a homeowner with two decades of experience in estate agencies, I was quite sceptical. He continued to push for payment to move forward with his alleged claim. I made it clear that I wasn't falling for any of it, hung up, and promptly blocked him.
