They said they’d send someone round for a survey, and soon after, I got a really thorough email explaining all the details. But then the surveyor never showed up, and I didn’t get a message or anything explaining why. I’ve emailed them back asking them to stop contacting me. Honestly, they’ve just been a total waste of my time.
