He said since I’ve been a loyal customer and never claimed anything, he wanted to give me a discount and even refund some money 🤣. He asked for my postcode, but I’d just moved recently so I asked what address he had for me since he never asked my name or mentioned it. Then he asked for my bank name and account number. I explained I’ve got a direct debit with them, so surely they’d already have my details. He kept insisting he wanted to send me money back!
